We’re looking to hire an experienced and entrepreneurially minded sales leader to spearhead the company’s further expansion into North America.

Qualifications:

·  10 years+ experience selling (directly or via channels) to P&C insurance and reinsurance carriers.

·  Experience in working with non-US based start-ups and leading their G2M efforts in North America.

·  Experienced in on-boarding, training, building and managing a sales pipeline.

·  Experience in creating and managing commercial partnerships.

·  Ability to perform independently and collaboratively with remote teams.

·  Goal driven, self-motivated and disciplined.

·  Excellent written and presentation skills.

·  Enjoy presenting to large groups comprised of both technical and business people.

·  Have a growth mindset and the ability to adapt.

·  Organized and analytical.

·  Able to use creative approaches to eliminate business obstacles.

·  Happy to travel up to ~30% in the region and to our Tel Aviv headquarters once a quarter.

Nice to have:

·  Experienced with selling catastrophe modeling software.

·  Cyber insurance knowledge.

·  Good understanding of cyber risk / cyber insurance market.

·  Working experience with Captives and ILS market.

·  BSc / BA Hons / MBA.

·  Marketing automation experience.
