Kovrr is looking to hire a person that will lead our technical presales and customer success in Europe and APAC (mostly Australia and Japan) at Kovrr.

Day-to-day will include mostly working with prospects and our existing customer base of CISOs and risk professionals around the world.We’re looking for someone with at least two years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts who wants to lead customer success initiatives, optimize customers’ use of the product, identify product implementation issues, and manage customer relationships overall. This position also requires hands-on technical capabilities (it’s a cyber risk product that is quite technical).

‍What will you do?

1. Support our sales teams through proof of value (Pre-sale)- Work together with the sales team to showcase the product value on customers’’ data. This will require good presentation skills and the ability to explain how the product and model works.

1. Manage account relationships (post-sale)-,  Build trusted relationships with customers to guarantee high satisfaction and increase utilization of Kovrr’s products with our customers. reflect product gaps to our product team, recognize potential upsell / expansion opportunities

1. Collaborate with other teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and R&D, to resolve emergent product issues and translate learnings into process improvements.

Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
2. Proven 2 years of experience as a CSM for enterprise customers
3. Excel and SQL proficiency
4. The ability to explain complex cyber and statistical ideas in a simple manner
5. Strategic and self-sufficient problem solver,
6. Infrequent travels abroad are required
7. Strong technical skills and basic knowledge in IT - an advantage

Kovrr is looking for a VP Product that will be responsible for defining the product strategy, mediating business needs for the development and enhancement of our cyber risk quantification platform. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of cyber risk.
The selected candidate should be able to resonate well with our dynamic team, including the senior leadership . We value both a deep-seated knowledge in the domain and a passionate proactive approach. A strong command over English is essential, facilitating clear communication with both internal teams and global clients.Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a leadership product role within the cybersecurity industry, as a director of product, or a VP of Product in a company that scaled from 3-5M to 15-20M in ARR.

Technical Knowledge:

• A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, advantage for risk modeling experience.
• Familiarity with various cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with product development best practices.

• Team Management:

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth and innovation.

Product Strategy:

• Proficiency in defining and communicating the product's vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Ability to align the product roadmap with the organization's overall goals and customer needs.

Risk Management Expertise:

• Familiarity with industry-standard risk assessment methodologies and frameworks, preferabbly knowledge of cyber risk modeling, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment.

Customer-Centric Approach:

• Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate customer needs into product features.

• Experience in conducting customer interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis.

Strategic Planning:

• Capability to develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the team's vision and objectives.
• Effective prioritization of features, enhancements, and projects.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions.
• Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of the product.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information security, business, Stastics or engineering).
• An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, or Ph.D.) may be preferred.

Our innovative work combines cyber, finance and data science with unique UX to help companies put a price tag on their cyber risk exposure. Our platform is used by leading insurance, reinsurance and enterprises around the world, managing total exposed assets of billions of dollars, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to manage their risk.Your role will be in the intersection of Application Engineering, Financial Models and Cyber Data, driving our cyber risk quantification platform forward and  enabling us to deliver innovative and effective financial cyber exposure quantification solutions to a broad set of industries.

• BSc in a Quantitative field including Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant field - an advantage.
