What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain features across the backend and frontend of our platform.
- Collaborate with team members from product, design, and data to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Take part in planning, development, testing, and code reviews.
- Help improve our development processes and contribute to a great team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Node.JS including building RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Practical experience with React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js for frontend development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, GCP.
- Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and understanding basic data modeling.
- Experience with MongoDB (schema design, performance tuning).
- Ability to own features end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving startup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team mindset.
- Knowledge of contemporary software development practices such as CI/CD, agile methodologies, and test automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based environments
- Some experience with AI / Agents / Prompt Engineering / ML-driven features.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and feature architecture and Test Driven Development.
- Experience in one or more backend technologies (Python, Node.JS, Go, fastAPI).
- Experience with one or more frontend technologies (Javascript, TypeScript, html, css React.js, Next.js, Jest, cypress)
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP.
- Experience designing and working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and understanding basic data modeling.
- Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Ability to own features end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving startup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team mindset.
- Experience in software development standards and practices such as CI/CD, agile methodologies, SCRUM, kanban and test automation.
